The 2009OPA Western Ontario Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships
were held on November 15, 2008 in London Ontario.
Team Emerge shone brightly once again! Lisa competed in Level 2 open figure med-tall and emerged the Champion!
And Dana competed in Level 2 open figure tall placing top 3 and emerged 4th in a tough combined masters class.

Both girls performed beautifully on stage
and now are provincially qualified figure athletes!
It was a fantastic way to the end the season!

The celebration continued afterwards with some yummy food and drinks!
Hmmmm...we don't think Don is going to have much luck trying to get his fingers on those delicious yam fries..he's proceeding with caution and hopes to sneak a fry when she's not looking..haha-watchout Don! Don't try to come between a hungry figure gal and her food! 
After weeks of maintaining her competition physique, we think the smile says it all....She's accomplished all her goals and now she can eat!CONGRATULATIONS GIRLS!
